Our House Rules

Quiet hours after 10:00 pm as courtesy to other guests

Only clean shoes or socked feet may be worn in house

​

Guests may not open, nor enter any gate to horse pastures

 

Guests may not venture onto neighboring properties not owned by Cerulean Farm

​

Guest must acknowledge and sign Kentucky State Equine Liability Waiver for Cerulean Farm if engaged in any lessons, agritourism or equestrian activities while on Cerulean Farm

Please notify us for arrivals after 7:00 pm

​

For safety reasons, no kids under 12, no pets and only booked guests are permitted on the property

​

No smoking allowed anywhere on the premises

​

Check in available at 3:00 pm, check out at 11:00 am

​

Guests understand that Cerulean Farm is a horse breeding and foaling operation and that the health of our equine residents are of the utmost priority. In the case of any equine emergency preventing preparation of our home-cooked breakfast, a breakfast gift card will be provided. The gift card will fulfill all Cerulean Farm Bed and Breakfast obligations for breakfast on the given time frame of the emergency.

Our Policies

General Reservation Requirements:

2-night minimum stay and 3-night minimum stay required on Holiday weekends

​

Special Reservation Requirements for DERBY:

Derby is scheduled on the first Saturday of May each year. Cerulean Farm Bed and Breakfast requires a five-night minimum stay for this event which includes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights of Derby week. For this event, a non-refundable deposit of $200 applies and will be charged when the reservation is booked. Any cancellations within 90 days’ notice will be liable for the total room charge. If the rooms are rebooked for that reservation period, Cerulean Farm Bed and Breakfast will refund the room booking, less the $200 non-refundable deposit plus a cancellation fee of $50.00 per room per night.

General Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee unless the room can be rebooked.

​

All guests must be approved by Cerulean Farm Bed and Breakfast owner.

​

Guests are financially responsible for any damages or missing items.
